Help Bring an Immigrant's Daughter Home

Hi Burien and broader community. I am raising funds for one of my employees who is an immigrant. His daughter was detained about two weeks ago (not naming names for his family’s privacy) and she is currently being held in Texas. He is working in the community doing extra jobs to save money to pay a lawyer fee to help get her out. He estimates it will be at least $5000. While working for us in the real estate industry he is also currently supporting the Hispanic community, making them feel safe, all while ICE raids continue to happen and his own daughter cannot come home. This is not just headlines. It’s real heartbreak that our own friends, family and community are experiencing. Would you be able to show up at work whom your loved one was in detention?

I am seeking donations for him and his family, and we are also open to any advice for Texas immigration lawyers. 100% will go directly towards trying to bring his daughter from detention to Burien where she belongs.
