<div>WRONGFULLY CLEARED OUT: A hardworking young man lost nearly everything and needs immediate help rebuilding while pursuing accountability from a large rental community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Tiffani, and I am raising funds to help my 20-year-old son, Brice, rebuild after an unimaginable mistake turned his life upside down.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After working a 10-hour shift, Brice returned home to find his apartment nearly empty. At first, he thought he had been robbed. He later discovered that his furniture, electronics, clothing, childhood keepsakes, and personal belongings had been thrown into a dumpster. The only item he was able to recover was his diploma.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>According to the apartment management, workers were attempting to clear another unit believed to be occupied by a squatter. They emptied Brice’s apartment by mistake, and management has acknowledged the error.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Brice is a hardworking young man who was proud to have his own apartment and worked for everything he had. He is distraught and has not only lost his belongings but his second job in the midst of it all. This situation has affected his income, stability, and sense of safety in his own home.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are pursuing accountability through the proper channels, but negotiations or a potential legal resolution could take months. Brice needs help now.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds raised will help him with:
</div>
<div>• Essential furniture and household items
</div>
<div>• Clothing, shoes, and personal necessities
</div>
<div>• Electronics needed for work and daily life
</div>
<div>• Lost income and immediate living expenses
</div>
<div>• Transportation and other costs caused by this incident
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Some items, including childhood memorabilia, personal notes, and keepsakes, can never be replaced. Brice’s story has been covered by WSB-TV, and we are grateful that his experience is being heard. <strong><a href="https://www.wsbtv.com/news/local/man-returns-work-find-apartment-emptied-belongings-dumpster/G2FGAOS6CVENTKSZASVU5WLBB4/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Watch Brice’s Story on WSB-TV</a></strong> Media attention does not immediately replace a couch, restore lost income, or make his apartment feel like home again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Supporters of Brice can give here. We seek justice with full financial transparency while he rebuilds. If you cannot donate, please share his story and this fundraiser. We will provide updates as the situation develops and remain transparent about his recovery and any resolution with the responsible parties.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping my son regain some stability after having his life wrongfully cleared out and discarded.
