Help Brian recover from prison time in Trinidad

On my way back to Canada from Guyana (I was spending Christmas with my wife and children), I was waylay-ed in Trinidad. I had a ten hour lay over in Trinidad, and while passing through security I was arrested and imprisoned merely for the possession of three key-ring bullets, (they had passed through security in Canada, Miami, and Guyana with no problems). These key-rings were inert bullets that were obviously unusable. However the Trinidad Police charged me with illegal possession of ammunition and attempting to board an airplane with ammunition. I spent a week in their maximum security prison and was released after I pleaded guilty to their charges and paid a $1000cdn fine. My lawyer fees, lost income, fines, plane tickets and more cost me about $7000cdn. I need help recovering from this great financial hardship.
