Hi, my name is Brian Carlson. I’m a teacher, mentor, and advocate for kids and teens. For years, I’ve dedicated my life to education—whether in the classroom, mentoring students, or working to start a bilingual school for low-income children in Honduras. My passion has always been to give kids the opportunities and support they need to thrive.

There are nearly thousands of kids in the foster care system and many are placed in large facilities with rotating staff instead of being part of a family. I want to change that. I’m opening my home and my heart.

To make my home as welcoming as possible, I need help furnishing 1-2 bedrooms with:

️ Bunk beds and cozy bedding

Rugs, toys, and books to create a comforting space

Wall art and decorations to make it feel like home

LEGOs and games to encourage creativity and fun
