Help Brian be a Cancer Survivor

Dear friends, family and everyone everywhere, we have created this GoFundMe to help Brian Julien become a cancer survivor and not one of its victims. Anyone who knows Brian knows that he has the absolute BIGGEST HEART. On top of him being sweet, funny and an utterly loyal friend, Brian is one of the most caring, giving and generous people I know. He is truly a SUPER DAD that deserves to wear the hero's cape. The last 20 years have him helping the homeless, starting a ministry, and always being the first to volunteer and take charge whenever anybody needed help. Brian does this from the bottom of his heart and does not ask for anything in return. Many of you know that Brian and his 13-year-old son, Caleb, share their birthday on May 4th. This year, they received the news that Brian had cancer for their birthdays. The journey has been difficult so far. The first blow served was medication costing $1260 (not covered by insurance), and the doctor ordered scans/tests that insurance has declined to authorize. Brian is limited to what he can do for work, and with every delay, the cancer is growing and spreading. We are trying to raise money to bypass these unnecessary hurdles and help to cover the upcoming medical expenses. Once the surgery is completed, he will still have months of recovery and ongoing treatments. This added stress makes it harder to stay positive, which is needed to beat this disease. The world needs Brian to be healthy so he can continue helping others and spreading love and kindness.
