Help Brian and Jerry Start a Family!

Jerry and Brian met 8 years ago and began their relationship on the basis of owning a home and starting a (big) family together. We were ambitious, believing that we'd have it all together by 30 years old - well... almost. We bought our fixer upper home in 2017 and although we've made immense progress, we ran into some bumps along the way with the county, putting us back quite a bit - increasing the cost and delaying the finished project. A lot of our money went into the house and as much fun as it has been working on our home, we're ready to permanently expand our family.
Fast forward to 2021, we're beginning our surrogacy journey and looking to our friends and family for financial support.
The money you donate will help us get started with an IVF Clinic, egg donor, attorney, and surrogacy agency to allow us to start the process. Surrogacy will cost $60k+ but we are determined to do whatever it takes for the two of us to become first time DADDIES.
Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover the cost of IVF or embryo creation, so we are looking to utilize one of the MANY surrogate agencies to help us carry our embryos
Your donation will help us get started with a fertility clinic and legal fees to help us obtain an egg donor and start creating some embryos.
In general, some of the costs associated with surrogacy and IVF are:
Legal Fees - $5,000-$8,000
Surrogacy agency - All in cost around $90,000- $120,000
Egg donor + IVF - $36,000
We are estimating the total cost for our journey to be ~$150,000 (eek!!)

***UPDATE 6/10/2021*** THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT! We partnered with Donor Concierge to find an egg donor - and we did!!! She is scheduled to begin medication and her cycle starts June 20th! We are in BEAUTIFUL Boise Idaho to get paperwork, lab samples, and meetup to our new IVF clinic. Thank you all for your contribution, and we look forward to keeping you updated even MORE!
