As firefighters evacuated the building, its occupants were forced to watch in helplessness as their homes were consumed by flames.

<div>Among the displaced residents is Brenna Scott, the heart of Casbah and its beloved head pastry chef. Known for her snarky humor, Brenna brings a cheerfulness to her demanding job – always willing to chat and offer sweet treats. When she’s not plating desserts for guests, she’s whipping up end-of-night snacks for her coworkers. Often an unexpected pick-me-up at the end of a long shift, it has become a much-appreciated tradition. Brenna’s caring and playful spirit has created an atmosphere of comfort and familiarity for everyone around her.
