Help Brenda with necessary surgery

Brenda has been having alot of pain in her hip. Today she found out that she needs surgery to correct a problem in the hip joint. It does not require a total hip replacement but arthroscopic surgery. This is something our government insurance here in Ecuador doesn't cover and we don't have the funds to cover all the cost. We never have asked for help, but this is necessary to relieve her pain.
