Help Brenda kick lymphoma's ass

At the start of the new year, we found out that my mom has cancer again. She has had several tests done to determine exactly what kind and the stages, and we have been through many stressful days of waiting for test results. Just in the past 6 or so weeks, my mom has had to spend about $4,500 out of her pocket for medical testing.

It was confirmed that she has Follicular Lymphoma in several parts of her body, and she will be starting chemotherapy treatments to help control the growth. Her chemotherapy will last at least 6 months. With all of the driving back and forth to the cancer treatment center, taking time off work, and the actual treatments, I know she will be spending a lot more out of her pocket.

She is the kindest, most giving person I have ever met, and now she needs others to give back to her.
