Help Brantley Mullins

Brantley Mullins is a 9 year old novice rider. He began riding about a month ago. His big brother Parker rides for F & S Answer. Brantley loves to ride and race. Tuesday, June 8th, 2021 he had an accident at his local track, West Texas BMX. He lost control of his bike and hit his chin on the handle bars. He was wearing a full face helmet and protective gear. Once his helmet was taken off blood was found running from his right ear as well as from his busted chin. He was immediately taken to the emergency room. Upon having an initial CT scan it was believed that he had a fractured jaw and a fractured temporal bone as well as a 1 inch gash under his chin that required 6 stitches. After another CT scan it was found that his jaw and temporal bone were actually broken. He was instructed to meet with a facial surgeon the next day. He had more x-rays done and it was determined that surgery would be needed to repair the jaw. The temporal bone is expected to heal on its own. He will undergo surgery Friday, June 11th to put the jaw back in place and he will get surgical braces on the top and bottom of his teeth and his jaw will be wired in place for approximately 4-6 weeks. His parents Brandon and Katie, along with his sister Brooke and brother Parker would appreciate any help you can offer with medical bills. They do not have any form of health insurance. They appreciate all the love and support that has already come from the BMX family as a whole as well as friends and family.
