Help Brannon Get Back on His Feet

On Halloween, my friend and co-worker, Brannon, fell and scraped his knee. A few days later, while working, his knee started to swell up and by the end of his shift, he couldn't walk. He called a Lyft and the driver carried him into his house! The swelling rapidly spread up his body. He went to the ER where he was immediately admitted to the ICU for cellulitis.

He spent 10 days in the ICU and then moved to the general hospital for four days. He then spent two weeks at home recovering. In total, he missed one month of work. At the time of the incident, Brannon didn't have medical insurance or work benefits. He's still not fully recovered, but is back at work. It's difficult for him to walk and is unable to walk to and from the bus, so he's having to pay for Lyft's to get to and from work. 

Brannon is now starting to receive his hospital bills. Knowing he has no medical insurance, I imagine this is a very scary and stressful time. Brannon could use help recouping the cost of missing one month of work and paying for transportation to and from work.
