<div>Through the grace of God, I was able to make it through my first three years at Howard, but due to a technical error, the Parent PLUS loan I needed to cover the remaining costs of my tuition was never disbursed, and I wasn't informed until the end of the semester.

<div>Given the extremely short notice, <strong>I am unable to clear the bill that was put on my account.</strong> I have exhausted every possible option to rectify this and have worked throughout my entire college career to make ends meet, but I now require more support than I currently have available.
