Help Booksportify Bring Personalized Sports Books to Life

I'm the owner of Booksportify LLC, a company that plans to offer customizable non-fiction books through its website. My first project it's a book that provides an analytical comparison of the nine most popular team sports in the U.S. Customers will have the option to personalize their book by adding a page that includes loved ones as part of the story, as well as a dedicated page at the beginning with a custom dedication.

" The Ultimate Face-Off, A Comparative Analysis of 9 Most Popular Team Sports" it is an 8.5 by 11-inch hardcover format, with over 75 photos and 350 pages, printed on high-quality glossy white paper, making it a truly memorable gift. Inside you can find a captivating, allegorical comparison between baseball, basketball, football, ice hockey, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, volleyball, and water polo.

Once the website is live, you’ll be able to add a personal touch—a page with a photo of your child or friend, along with a story capturing their journey in their sport. This custom page will be placed within the sub-chapter of the sport you choose, on an odd-numbered page, with the facing even page featuring a well-known athlete from that sport. Additionally, you can create a heartfelt dedication, complete with your own photo, as if personally inscribed at the beginning of the book.

The best part? You can fill in the virtual pages and have it delivered directly, all through the website.

The book will be printed by Bookvault, classified as one of the Top 5 Print-On-Demand Book Services of 2024 (as ranked by Forbes), ensuring both exceptional quality and a smooth fulfillment process. The API provided by the printing service will be integrated into our website, allowing for quick and accurate order handling.There are two printing facilities: one located in the U.S. and another in Europe, so we will match the orders to minimize any additional cost.

I plan to expand by adding Spanish and Japanese versions of the book and building partnerships with additional printing houses internationally. Currently, no other websites offer this level of customization for non-fiction books.

Each backer will receive a voucher equal to the value of their contribution, which can be redeemed once the website is live and accepting orders. You'll then be able to customize your own book and have it shipped to you. Contributions over $25 will include a 10% discount off the retail price, and you’ll only need to pay an additional $25 to complete your book order. A $50 voucher allows you to customize and order a book with no additional cost, except for shipping. With a $125 contribution, you can order three books, paying just $25 for the third one. Each voucher allows for unique customizations and can even be used to deliver books to three different addresses. For any ordered book, shipping will be handled by the printing house and billed separately based on their shipping rates.

In the future, Booksportify will expand its offerings to include three additional books focused on individual sports and the arts, giving customers a chance to explore and gift books covering a wide range of interests.
