Our classroom is trying to raise funds for our classroom rabbit, Bonnie, who has cancer and needs surgery. Bonnie is a staple in our high school biology and genetics class and my students have encouraged me to start this fund so her veterinary bills can be covered. She has provided many students with comfort and is a part of many of our units! The students have come to care for her deeply and want her to be well. Every dollar helps, but we are also asking for thoughts and prayers for Bonnie as she battles cancer and heals from surgery. The funds requested will pay for the emergency medical care she has required ($415.52), her surgery ($384.48), two post surgery appointments ($150.00), and her medications ($250.00). All proceeds will go directly towards her medical care! Thank you so much in advance for your consideration to help save Bonnie - our beloved classroom bunny!
