Help Bobby Pressimone Kick Cancer

 Prior to October 1, 2018 Bobby found a hard lump in his right testicle.  We quickly sought out doctors in the area, in which he had an ultrasound and blood testing done. The ultrasound was positive for a mass in his testicle.

On Octocber 4, 2018 he had surgery at Danbury Hospital where they promptly removed the testicle and spermatic cord. 

On October 10, 2018 the pathology report showed that he was 95% Embryonal Cancer, which is an aggressive form of testicular cancer, he was then diagnosed stage 1B. 

We were then referred to Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC because there are only 10 Embryonal Cancer Doctors in the US.  We met with these doctors and we’re given treatment options and a date for the next CT scan. 

On November 15, 2018 we had our second CT scan which sadly wasn't the best news. The CT scan showed that the cancer did in fact spread to his lung. At this point they upgraded him to Stage 3A. 

 Before treatment starts we have sought out a sperm bank as per request of the doctor to preserve fertility.

On December 10th we start 4 rounds over 10 weeks of Chemo at Sloan Kettering in Westchester, NY. 

The funds will will help the ever growing bills that are starting to pile up. Whether it be medical or travel bills. Although we have Insurance through work it doesn’t cover everything. Every little bit helps. 

A little about Bobby he’s 31 years old who loves everything about cars from the license plates to fixing cars. He finds comfort in his new kitten Calvin. When it comes to food theirs not much he will not eat. He is the sweetest most giving and caring man I know. I feel blessed every day for having this wonderful man in my life. There is nothing I will not do for him. Please consider any option you can.
