Help Bob Selby start a new career at 56!

Hello, my name is Bob Selby. I don’t know anyone who hasn’t been affected by 2020 and I’m certainly no different. I am a certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Youth Fitness Specialist. But even for me, last year took its toll on me and my health routine! For me, job loss, Distance Learning and parenting with my 11yo, a major home crisis, and wrapping it up with a back injury. I am pivoting and making my way back to an even better road with my Body, Mind, Redesigned!

I will start working back into my pre-lockdown physical condition and I will use the past 15-16 months as a learning opportunity on my Health Awareness Journey.

“Let’s get fit together! And stay fit together!” is my mantra as I see myself more as a Dynamic Mentor to inspire others to not give up and create an intrinsic path to lifelong health by utilizing my knowledge, experiences, understanding and commitment to their goals. That even at 56 years old, I can still adapt, learn, grow, and inspire!

I like: Intrinsic Fitness Counselor

Not looking to compete with personal trainers or gyms, I want to be the catalyst for a lifetime discipline and dedication to “Self-first Wellness”. I will rely on local nutritionists, fitness pros, holistic practitioners, etc to create a network that people will want to stay with, long after the New Year’s resolutions fade. I will be available more like a counselor than a personal trainer. I can provide an outlet, listen, provide insight and advice, and help direct their response and plan going forward for success. I’ll be there when clients have times of doubt and being a crucial element to preventing a relapse! Simply put, I can help motivate and inspire others to achieve.

Here are my asks to all the friends, family, acquaintances, work colleagues, and those kind-hearted individuals that I may not have had the pleasure of meeting yet:
