<div>It’s with deep sadness and disbelief that we’re sharing what happened to our family’s small business, Blvd Mart. Early in the morning around 3:22 AM on 11/15/25, someone broke into our store. They shattered our entire front door, walked inside, and went straight to the Pokémon section. Within minutes they were able to take a large quantity of pokemon products resulting a big loss of costly items.

<div>Our family being notified of this news during the middle of the night was very disheartening. When we arrived, the store was covered in glass, inventory damaged and stolen. It was heartbreaking to see, especially because this business is something our family has worked very hard to build up over the past four years. Blvd Mart is more than a shop to us — it’s a place filled with faces we’ve grown to know, conversations we look forward to, and moments we’ve shared with our community.

<div>Every day, kids come in after school excited to check the Pokémon shelves. Parents stop in with their children to pick out a pack together. Collectors visit to talk cards, trade stories, and connect with others who share the same passion. Its a hobby that brings happiness to many people. Families treat our shop like a safe, welcoming place they can always count on.

<div>We are hoping to bring awareness to the situation to hopefully get any additional information that will assist the police in their investigation. We are asking for the communities support as this situation has impacted our daily sales due to low inventory. Most of the damaged or stolen products cannot be easily or quickly replaced. It will take time to build our inventory back up. We will also focus implementing new security measures and making upgrades to the store in order to prevent something like this happening again.

Solicitamos el apoyo de la comunidad, ya que esta situación ha afectado nuestras ventas diarias debido al bajo inventario. La mayoría de los productos dañados o robados no se pueden reemplazar fácil ni rápidamente. Nos llevará tiempo recuperar nuestro inventario. También nos centraremos en implementar nuevas medidas de seguridad y realizar mejoras en la tienda para evitar que algo así vuelva a ocurrir.
