<div>I have finally made the big, scary, and exciting call to pursue gender affirming care in the form of top surgery (aka losing these melons for good). I have been approved for surgery by my insurance and need to come up with $500 for a deposit and then $1,000 more for the rest of my surgical fees. Working in a nonprofit as a teacher is obvi not the most lucrative job, so I’m looking for a little bit of help along the way to make my dreams of looking exactly how I want in a big t-shirt to come true.
