Help Billy Conquer Cancer!

If you live in Apollo Beach, you know Billy Sylvester. And you know what the rest of us know – that he is unlike anyone else on this amazing planet.

Whether you are a close friend or know him from one of our local restaurants, Billy is always a hoot to be around. His bigger-than-life personality keeps you entertained for hours. His infectious laugh captivates all those around him. He has barreled through life with an open mind and open heart, enchanting strangers and friends alike, every step the way. And now, he is battling cancer and needs us more than ever.

Sadly, Billy has been diagnosed with a very rare, nonagressive cancer - so rare there are only 20,000 cases diagnosed a year. A 4.1 cm tumor was found on his liver, however there’s a chance the cancer may have started elsewhere. He needs a PET scan to determine this.


Please join me in the fight of Billy’s life by donating funds to assist with treatment, care and comfort needs specifically tailored to address the cancer. He has very limited healthcare coverage and needs complementary medical treatments that are very costly and crucial to his recovery.
