Beverly and Tom White have called Aries on the Bay home for over 20 years. They’ve built a close-knit community, always ready to lend a hand or share a smile. My dad, Tom, owns his own landscaping company and is known for helping neighbors with their yards and daily needs. You can often spot him and our black lab Indy riding around on the golf cart, enjoying the friendships and memories made over the years.

Last night, a devastating fire started in the townhome next to my parents’ house and spread quickly, leaving two homes completely gutted and my parents’ home severely damaged. The situation inside is still unknown, and the structure may be compromised. My parents, Beverly and Tom, are currently staying with a neighbor across the street, while my younger brother Trey is staying with my boyfriend Ryan and me. Indy is safe with my parents, but they no longer have access to their money, car keys, or any belongings. The smoke damage alone means they will have to throw away all of their possessions, and the same is true for their neighbors.

Right now, any donations will help cover urgent needs like food, clothing, furniture, and replacing basic belongings. The support from friends, neighbors, and the community means everything to us during this difficult time. Donations, sharing, and positive thoughts are all welcomed and needed right now. Thank you for helping Beverly, Tom, Indy, and their neighbors as they begin to rebuild.
