Help Bessie get to the Senior Games

She's 80 years old and we just can't get her to slow down! The women is always going somewhere. She caters, Curls, golfs, bowls, plays crib and bingo, square dances and volunteers with so many groups that there's just too many to list. But if you ask her, she will gladly list them all, or at least the ones she can remember off the top of her head. On top of all this she keeps in touch with all her children, grand children and great grandchildren and makes sure that they (and their friends and co workers) don't go hungry.
She's an inspiration!!!
This summer she will be attending the Canada Senior Games for 80+ golf. The games are taking place in St. Johns, New Brunswick this August. It’s not just the distance that is making this costly, there is also the practice that is needed before hand. For Grandma Bessie to be ready for the competition, she will need to practice at least three times a week. The cost of traveling to and from the golf course, green fees as well as cart rentals is going to add up fast and we know that she will need help covering these costs.

We know times are tough for some. We (Grandma Bessie's family) are asking anyone that can spare a dollar or more, to pass it on to Bessie. If our monetary goal for Bessie is surpassed, the extra will be donated to the Star Air Ambulance.
