<br /><br />My name is Stuart Murray, and I've had the privilege of being both a client and a friend to Ben since 2012. <br /><br />Over the years, I've witnessed firsthand how Ben, together with his amazing wife, Julie, has selflessly devoted their time and resources to support those around them in need. But now, it's Ben who urgently needs our support.
<br /><br />Ben has been courageously battling severe health challenges, confined to a wheelchair for the last five years, enduring agonizing pain every single moment of the day. In a hopeful turn, Ben and Julie moved to Thailand on September 13th to embark on a promising new medical treatment journey. <br /><br />Miraculously, within just a few months, we saw incredible improvements: Ben was able to sit up in bed on his own for the first time in years, and the pain that had once rendered his hands crippled significantly subsided.

This breakthrough treatment not only brought relief but reignited hope for a brighter future, allowing Ben to resume work and dream of a pain-free life. <br /><br />However, their hopes were abruptly dashed due to falling prey to a visa scam, forcing Ben to halt his life-changing treatments. <br /><br />Now, Ben finds himself in excruciating pain once again, unable to perform basic tasks without assistance, with Julie, his unwavering rock and sole caregiver, reaching the brink of physical and emotional exhaustion.
<br /><br />This is where we come in. I've initiated this GoFundMe campaign to rally support for Ben, aiming to resume his treatments and alleviate the financial burdens this ordeal has imposed on them. <br /><br />Ben has always been a beacon of generosity, extending his kindness to anyone in need, and now it's our turn to extend that kindness back to him.
<br /><br />Every contribution, no matter the size, holds the power to make a monumental difference in Ben's life. Whether it's sponsoring a session of his treatment, providing for a week's groceries, or covering their internet bill—every penny will directly support Ben's journey to recovery.

<div>Please bear with me and try not to judge me too harshly.

<div>As most of you are aware, I have been through 5 years of painful agony.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We moved from the Philippines to here several months ago and I started getting a new kind of Chemotherapy treatment that was working like magic.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>For the first time in years, I've been able to use my laptop without having pain and my badly twisted hands were returning to their normal state.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Then we went to Pattaya for help with our visa which turned out to be a scam. It cost us over 5 months living expenses.

</div>

</div>

<div>I stopped the Chemotherapy to cover two new visas.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>And then things quickly went from bad to worse.

</div>

</div>

<div>Our 14 year old son was going to come and live with us. He's been staying with Julie's cousin who we didn't realize has serious mental health problems.

<div>She's been refusing to feed him for up to 5 days at a time.

</div>

</div>

<div>It's been driving Julie crazy with worry.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>As for me, it's left me feeling like I am a useless and worthless provider. It's left me feeling suicidal.

<div>I'm working with some awesome people.

</div>

<div>But I obviously need to do more.

</div>

<div>If Julie leaves here to go and look after our Son, it would mean a literal death sentence for me.

<div>I can't even get up to use the bathroom without her.

</div>

<div>And so a Facebook Friend suggested that I just share our situation and create a Go Fund Me to get the rest of my treatments.
