Help Ben Pay Trespassing Ticket

On Tuesday, June 9th, 2020 Ben was selling chocolates in a Downey California parking lot of a Rolling Canes restaurant after he had just gotten done eating there.

It was not enough for the 6’2 white man, a security guard to detain him in the hot sun, having melted his chocolates but he made sure to call the Downey Police which could have gotten Ben killed!

The outcome was a bogus trespassing ticket, on a child selling chocolate during a pandemic while a grown white man was begging, asking for money but somehow the security guard saw this situation as more threatening! 

Luckily, we have some of the incident recorded. We are asking the community to help Ben and his family not only pay for the trespassing ticket but to fight the ticket because this is clearly an act of discrimination.

Ben was not trespassing, and does not deserved be treated like a criminal for being a kid and selling chocolate!!! Nor does he deserve to have his health jeopardized by this white cop because she didn’t have her mask on!!!!
