Help Bells to walk pain free

My beautiful Bella (aka Bella Boo, Bells, Bell Beau, Ella Bella) came to me, December 2017 after being rescued from a terrible life and horrible conditions - she was only 3 years old at the time. She had suffered awful damage to both of her back feet. 1 foot has all the toes missing and just the back pad and the front of the foot was a complete open wound. The other back foot has serious snare damage and 1 toe missing.
I saw a photo of Bella's face and read her story when I was looking for a canine companion and just could not pass her by. Bella is such an endearing, loving, goofy ,friendly girl and I love her to bits.
For a year I have tried to get her toe less foot healed, with help from the vet. I have to keep it dressed and covered to protect and keep the wound area clean.
I kept her on short distance lead walks for 4-5 months at first and increased the distance slowly so we would be out for about 20-30 minutes. However when we think we are winning something goes wrong and we are back to square one again.
Problem is what is left of the top foot just rolls around on remaining pad because she does not have the toes and other pads to give stability in that leg (which also is causing other problems) if it rolls around too much then it just all splits open again. Now its at the stage where Bella is going to need an operation to try and correct the problem so she can walk better and be pain free. It may even result in her having to have her leg amputated but due to the damage on the other foot I am hoping it doesnt come to that. Unfortunately this is not an injury covered on insurance as its old injury and I need to raise the funds so she can have an operation as soon as possible. I dont want Bella to have to spend the rest of her life with her leg wobbling on a pad and having to stick to short walks on the lead as I know now that even that will eventually cause problems.
At the moment Bella is on restricted exercise and Im continuing with her dressings which she will be able to cope with for a little longer. I dont know whether it can be corrected in 1 operation at this stage or if Bells will need more but I really need to get to half of the funds so she can have xrays under general anesthetic so an initial operation and treatment can be done at the same time. I was hoping a skin graft may work but the way her foot moves around its likely it wont. She may have bone inside thats might also be rubbing the inside under the flesh, if there is that can be rectified straight away.
Words are not enough to express just how much my Bells means to me and I owe it to her to have done what is need and feel so awful that I cant help her on my own.
