Help Beau get IVDD surgery

Hi everyone.
2 weeks ago, our French Bulldog Beau started displaying strange behavior and was having trouble using stairs and walking. We took her to the vet, and they predicted that it was probably IVDD (Intervertebral disc disease) in which the discs in the spine deteriorate and can rupture or burst, leading to severe pain and paralysis if left untreated. Our vet set her on a course of steroids and pain medication to keep her comfortable and hopefully take away some of the inflammation she was experiencing. After a week of this and no sign of getting any better, we were recommended to a Neurologist in Shelton to see what we could do. After getting an MRI, we found out that she had a severely ruptured C-4 disc that was compromising her spine and required immediate surgery. While we do have pet insurance for her, unfortunately the cost of the MRI and IVDD surgery has led us to a bill of upwards of $7800. We are hoping insurance will be able to cover around $3875 - our MRI coverage is $1650, and surgery coverage is $2225. She will require 4 weeks of restricted movement when she comes home.
While it pains me to ask for help, this couldn't have happened at a worse time. I recently had surgery in July, and had to take off a month of work to heal. Being a freelance artist, this meant no income or paid time off, and had already left us a bit tight in the money department. Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated, we just want to bring our little babe home and have her back to her naughty sassy self.
