Help Baxter Get Healthy

My name is Baxter. I was adopted by my mom Meg about 6 months ago. In addition to helping me regain trust, confidence and happiness, she has been helping me get healthy. I unfortunately had heart-worm when my mom brought me home from the shelter. On Monday I went in for a treatment and had an extremely adverse reaction. I have been at the emergency vet since then and although I am more stable, the back of my body is still paralyzed. I am still at the vet trying to recover, but I may need 24/7 care going forward. If you are able, please help my mom continue caring for me as she completes graduate school and begins her career as an Audiologist!
