Help battle the Department of Child Safety

The Department of Child Safety has ignored the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act for too long. There is an important Court Case that is working it’s way through the Legal system, right now that we need your help with for it to go further. Mother LR is battling DCS to not be entered into the Central Registry for an incident that was solely based on her medical cannabis card. The Central Registry is a list of individuals who have been deemed as bad parents due to abuse and neglect. The mother in this case went to school as has a degree for social work and in fact, at one time was employed by DCS. If she is entered into the registry, it would make her degree and life’s passion of helping others pointless. Mother exhausted all of her funds fighting for the case to come this far. Mother needs just 400 dollars for the cost of filing in appeals court. Help be a part of history in Arizona! Help better the AMMA! Your family might be next!


Sonia Martinez has been handling this case so far, but sadly she cannot continue. Luckily Julie Gunnigle former candidate for Maricopa County District Attorney has stepped up to push for the betterment of the AMMA and has taken on this case for hopefully a win with the Court of Appeals.
