 Barney (A1951280) is a sweet 10-year-old Labrador mix who deserves the chance to finally experience the love and stability every dog should have.

 Leaving the shelter was the first step toward his happy ending, but his journey isn't over yet. Since 2018, Barney has been in and out of animal control. Now, it's time to give him the fresh start he's waited so long for.

 Our priority is making sure Barney is healthy before he begins the next chapter of his life. As soon as he left the shelter, he was examined by a private veterinarian. He received a full blood panel, and we're grateful that his lab work came back within normal limits.

 However, Barney still needs medical care.
</div>

 A cytology was performed on one of the lumps on his body, and the next step is to have it surgically removed.
</div>
