Help Barefoot Joy Matt Mia Salvo

We are in high hopes that our home will return to it's original beauty and we will once again welcome guests with a back up electricity, water and satellite. For the time being, it is straight up survival mode and we hope to be able to pay bills via the internet as the banks and post office are closed. We are getting brief periods of cell service and sharing the phone with friends and neighbors and then need to search high and low for how to charge it.
