Help Barbara Ocheltree beat cancer!

My name is Amber Gollner and I have started this campaign for my cousin, Barbara Ocheltree.  Barbara was recently diagnosed with Stage III Synovial Cell Sarcoma, a rare form of soft tissue cancer.  After experiencing pain in her leg and numerous visits to different doctors all trying to determine what was wrong, it was discovered that Barbara had tumors growing along the right side of her body; from her calf to her hip. Her doctors determined that the tumors are currently too large to be removed and have placed her on chemotherapy and radiation to stop the cancer from spreading further and hope the tumors will shrink to an operable size. After her chemotherapy and radiation treatments, Barbara will begin a series of surgeries to amputate her right leg and remove the tumors growing around the lymph node in her hip.


Barbara is a mother of two wonderful daughters, Kandice and Shannon, and an amazing, loving wife to her husband, Guy.  She strives to leave a lasting, good impression on everyone she knows – creating a positive, vibrant, and joyful life around her. Barbara is truly a person who has never had a bad thing to say about anyone and is willing to bend over backwards to help family, friends, and strangers.
