<div>A former au pair in Perth, Rifka has the kindest heart and will do anything to help anyone. Now she needs our help. Like most people in Bali she has no insurance and there is no government assistance. Please contribute any amount you can. Funds will be used by Rifka so she can get settled into a new home, replace essential belongings and to enable her to start earning a living again. <div>Prior to mass tourism development, Bali was filled with rice fields which soaked up all of the rain. Absent urban planning and land misused for development has enabled this natural disaster to occur. It is heartbreaking to see the local people suffering.
