Help Lil Moo Get His Leg Back!

Our baby boy Moo has recently crawled back home after 4 days of being missing. He turned up with severe fractures and a dislocation to his back leg, caused by a car hitting him or force caused by a person (with an instrument like a shovel). We had been frantic to find him and were so relieved when he answered to his name and came back home but to our dismay we can't afford the surgery he needs to be okay, due to already using our savings on keeping him at the 24/7 emergency vet over the Easter holidays (over $1,000!). He's only just a year old and my best friend- I would do anything for him, I don't want to lose him to a fractured and dislocated leg. The vet has let us know that it will cost $3500 overall to get his leg repaired, that it would cost $2,000 to have it amputated. We are hoping to raise enough money to be able to afford the surgery so he can have his leg back but keeping him alive regardless of which surgery we go ahead with is the main goal. We are going to use VetPay but considering how much interest we will have to pay on top of the annual fee we are hoping to raise enough to lessen the costs. 

I would never ask for anything if there was another way, but we are already set back on rent and various other bills due at this stage. That being said, I would rather be in dept my whole life than lose this little guy. We are trying to save as much as we can, but we live paycheck to paycheck so it's very hard for us to put any money aside each week.
