Hi, my name is Lukasz and I'm fundraising for my wonderful nephew Julian.

Unfortunately, he was born with agenesis, or the absence of a left kidney. Additionally, he was diagnosed with increased muscle tension, Achilles tendon contracture, and a sacrococcygeal cyst.

In his fight for health and fitness, Julian needs constant care from many specialists and intensive rehabilitation. However, this is associated with a very large financial burden for our family. Nevertheless, we know that this is the only way to a better tomorrow for Julian.
