Hi, my name is Lindsey. My boyfriend, Jeremiah, and I are so glad to be welcoming a baby boy into this world. We are raising money to cover unexpected medical expenses for our baby boy. During our 20-week anatomy scan, the scan showed a hole in the baby’s diaphragm. This condition is called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. This is causing our baby’s stomach to enter the chest cavity. Because of this, his lungs are not developing. Our high-risk doctor recommends we get a procedure done while he’s still in utero. This procedure will take place in Texas. With this procedure, we will have to stay near the hospital in case labor were to occur unexpectedly.
