Help Ayslinn Overcome Her Car Crisis

Donation protected
When Ayslinn was 14 she watched me and her older brother struggle to get him a car, and she made a plan about how she was going to get a car all by herself to circumvent that struggle.

She cleaned relatives houses, babysat, put birthday money and chore money aside. She would clean her brother's room or do his chores for money. She started working at 15 and saved every penny she made.

She has a health condition and was consistently on the verge of passing out at that time, but pushed through it and worked her entire summer in a hot kitchen anyway. Sometimes her shifts were early and far away, and Owen and I would be grumpy about giving her a ride on a Saturday morning, she would feel bad, and with a positive attitude proclaim she would have a car soon!

She would decline going out, going shopping, or getting treats when her friends would, sacrificing and saving because she was determined to get herself a car.
All this, while doing extra classes at school so she could graduate a year early.

The day came, and she handed over $5,400.00 for a 2016 Nissan Altima. We got it registered, and then the check engine light came on. The transmission and other hidden issues are going to cost more than she paid for it. She didn't even get to drive it ONE day, it's a complete loss, and she's beyond devastated. The guy who sold it to her said he didn't know it had anything wrong with it and refused to give her a break in any way.

Ayslinn worked her butt off, made good choices, was responsible, and now she is penniless with an undrivable car.

Recently our oldest dog, Ayslinn's best friend, has had some serious health issues, and we don't know how much longer he has.
She has spent so much time finding dog friendly beaches and dog parks with the intention of spending every last minute with him going on adventures and driving around this summer.

All these good choices and mature perspectives, completely self driven in her plans and goals, only to be left empty handed while surrounded by peers being given cars by their parents. She's shattered.

Ayslinn learned a very expensive lesson about the world, but it breaks my heart this is supposed to be the ending to the story. I feel terrible and wish as her Mother I had been able to protect her from this situation.

I'm hoping to try to turn this around to show her there's still hope for her to get a car.
But unfortunately with my savings mostly going to the vet bills, I'm asking for your help.
Any amount you could offer to get her past being at square one again would be appreciated and amazing.Thank you, for your time reading this, and anything you can do.
