Hello! My name is Ava Haase, and I’m honored to serve as the Washington FFA State Treasurer for the 2025–2026 term. As a state officer, I proudly represent thousands of students across our state who are passionate about leadership, agriculture, and service.
Each year, state FFA officers from across the country have the opportunity to participate in an international leadership experience known as ILSSO, the International Leadership Seminar for State Officers. This January, I’ve been selected to join a delegation traveling to Spain and Portugal to explore agriculture on a global scale.
The purpose of ILSSO is to:
Experience agriculture in other parts of the world
Gain insight into global trade, production, and sustainability
Return home to educate and inspire our local communities with what we’ve learned
This trip is more than travel—it's a way to bring the world back to Washington agriculture.
Total Cost: Approximately $6,000
State officers are solely responsible for funding their participation in ILSSO. I’m seeking support from individuals, businesses, and community members who believe in the power of agricultural leadership and global learning.
How You Can Help
Your support, whether financial or through sharing my story, will help make this life-changing opportunity possible. Every contribution brings me one step closer to representing Washington agriculture on the global stage.
If you'd like to donate or sponsor, please reach out to me directly or contribute through Gofundme
Thank you for believing in agricultural education, global citizenship, and the future of young leaders like me!
Sincerely,
Ava Haase
Washington FFA State Treasurer
