I am reaching out because I haven’t seen my family in several years, and the distance has been really hard on all of us. My kids are in Michigan, and with my daughter about to have a baby, I want more than anything to be there for this special moment and to support her as she welcomes her child into the world. Being apart from my children has been one of the most difficult things I’ve experienced, and I miss them every day.

Unfortunately, I just can’t afford the cost of traveling to Michigan on my own. The funds raised here will go directly toward travel expenses and help me cover meals along the way, making it possible for me to finally reunite with my family. This trip would mean so much to me and to my kids, especially with a new grandbaby on the way.
