Help Autumn get LIFE SAVING treatment

My 27 year old daughter is trying to raise a family and save her life at the same time. Her husband has a full time job trying to help support them. Autumn can longer work. We are currently trying to get her on disability. If she does not get this treatment, she will die eventually from starvation. Please help us save my baby. Her kids, her husband, her sisters, brothers and parents all need her to be here with us!!!! Here is her statement:

I don’t know exactly what all to write on here but I’m going to try. What I am suffering with is Superior Mesentric Artery Syndrome (SMAS), Gastroparesis and we also believe Nutcracker Syndrome. I’ve been dealing with it for over a year and lost over 40lbs. I’m in severe pain and discomfort daily. I get very lightheaded and black out. I am extremely nauseous almost always. I had to quit my job. I cannot clean my home. I can no longer stand at the stove and cook a meal. Some days I can barely move from the couch. Michigan Specialists have referred me to the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio but Michigan Insurance hasn’t gone through. I’ve become so weak I can’t even lift up my youngest of six daughters anymore and just months ago I could toss her over my shoulder.
