Help Austin's journey to heart transplant

My husband, Austin, was diagnosed with Heart failure in February of this year, and is now on the journey of a heart transplant. We are seeking cardiac rehab, physical therapy, and better medical care in Prescott, AZ, and we are humbly asking for help getting us there.
Austin has been a hard worker since he was 15 years old, and the main provider for our family for the last 12 years, but due to his illness he has had to stop working, and because of Covid our family business has had to close its doors. Since then austin has had a defibrillator placed, then removed in an emergency situation, just in August, where he almost lost his life, twice, he has been in and out of the hospital, he will be having his third surgery next month and then after all that he will start his next steps to his heart transplant.
Though the road has been rough, thankfully, I have been able to keep my job and provide fairly for our family of 6, but we have now come to a point where we have no where else to turn, and are needing to ask for help.
*Austin isn't one to ask for help without giving in return. On the days he is feeling well he has started making handcrafted work, with help from our children from time to time, and would like to offer his works for purchase along with your option to donate. He has made shelving, hat racks, boot racks, picture frames, car audio sub boxes (his specialty), knives, horseshoe art, along with many other things.
(Reminder, if you do purchase, due to his illness he can get very tired, so they may take some time to get complete, but they are worth the wait!)
