Help Austin in his Fight against Burkitt Lymphoma

Austin Van Heel and His fiancé Nicole Gill recently got engaged this last fall. With great excitement to start their future together, they set a date next year February 22nd, 2025. Along with planning their wedding they also started looking at houses to move into their first home together.

On February 7th, Austin went into the ER for constant stomach pains that we later learned was an interssusception, which is when your intestine slides into an adjacent part of the intestine. He went in for emergent surgery and during his surgery they found a hard mass. Which was later identified on February 14th, that he has Burkitt Lymphoma. A type of cancer that is treated aggressively.

Austin starts his chemo treatments in early March and is hospitalized for two weeks while getting his chemotherapy treatment. Then every 21 days he will be back at the hospital for two weeks at a time til June getting his treatments.

For those that know Austin, you already know he is one of a kind! He is a bubbly personality who loves to crack jokes, and knows quotes to almost every movie. A person who's laugh you will never forget!!

Austin is surrounded by all his friends and family during this difficult time.
