Help Atticus the Great!

Hello Friends,
I am reaching out tonight for a family whose precious little one (of two!) Atticus has fought for his life and is boldly taking a stand against every medical obstacle that has been put in front of him in his early 7 weeks in our lives.
Atticus Finch and Hugo Ridley Kerr-LaBonty were born to the most incredible of parents (Karissa Kerr and Sean LaBonty) on December 19th, 2017. Little Atticus was born with Congenital Heart Disease, which has caused several complications including early heart surgery and other processes at 5 weeks old. Despite the odds and multiple procedures, Atticus is a fighter (no surprise knowing his parents!) and has overcome all the odds, continuing to get stronger every day. Hugo, meanwhile, continues to stay alongside him and his parents and older brother, Archie - acting as ring leader, bringing laughs amidst the challenging times. If you know this family, you know they are of the most humble, caring and beautiful people.
We know this will be a daily 'struggle' (I say that in quotation because all struggles makes us stronger, and I with the grip and the gaze that his Atticus has, this experience has made him all the more mighty) and along with that come other matters of which we would like to relieve the burden a little bit.
