<div>In January, Ashton Sweeney, a 16-year-old bull rider from Quirindi NSW, competed at Bendemeer for the Australian High School Rodeo Finals. Ashton finished in the top 4 and qualified to compete in Rock Springs, Wyoming in July this year.

<div>We have set up this GoFundMe page on behalf of Ashton to help with travel expenses so he can achieve his dream to compete in America as a proud young Australian bull rider.

<div>Ashton has worked hard on his bull riding career and in the last 6 months, Ashton has been on fire with 8 wins, multiple placings and now 2 buckles to cherish. In the beginning of 2023, Ashton set out with two goals.

<div>1.	To make the ABCRA top 15 and qualify for the National Finals.
</div>
<div>2.	To compete in the Australian High School Rodeo Finals and be in the top 4 to qualify for America.

<div>Proof that with hard work and a strong mindset, anything is possible, Ashton achieved both!

<div>Ashton finished the year sitting 3rd in the country in the ABCRA standings. A brilliant effort in the finals, he finished 2nd in the average with a 3rd in round 1 and 2nd in round 2.

<div>Now off to America to compete, we couldn’t be prouder of him! He deserves this opportunity, and we truly appreciate any help we receive to help him get there.
