Thank you deeply and from the bottom of my heart for taking your time to visit this GoFundMe page to help a loving family in need.
If you've met Ashley then you know that she's one of the nicest, considerate, caring, and understanding human beings you've ever met- the most human-human being. She's the light and the life of every room. She lends out her hands, ears, and mind, when she can without expecting a penny in return. Her care for others extends even to animals, which she's saved and rescued. However, now she needs all the help and support that she's able to get.
With the heaviest of news from her mother, Ashley had found out that her mother had been diagnosed with cancer.
Please Read:
My wonderful friend's mother has been diagnosed with Stage IV colorectal cancer and has currently been receiving many rounds of chemotherapy every week but unfortunately is no longer able to receive anymore treatment due to the progression of her cancer and physical condition. Now, they are turning to immunotherapy and the possibility of other available radiation treatment in the US in hopes to help fight off the cancer.
With no other family, Ashley now has the sole financial burden and responsibility of:
- Immunotherapy cost
- Current and future medical costs with insurance not able to cover entirety
- Living costs so she is able to care for and be by her mother’s side 24/7, as well as keep a roof over her head and food on the table (Ashley had to let go of her job to aid in caring for her mother and their heartbreaking situation).
It pains me to write this and breaks my heart to hear her every time she cries.
After I had facetimed Ashley, I saw that her mother had lost an unhealthy amount of weight and is now only able to eat blended food and rice porridge. As well, she's become frail, is barely able to walk, and now has an implanted port in her body which is used to administer medication and fluids. Her mother does not deserve to live like this.
Just like Ashley, her mother is one of the most kind, caring, deserving, and sweetest person's that I know, and Ashley and her mother are the only family they have left of each other. Ashley doesn't deserve to lose her mother.
If you’re able, and have her number, reach out to her and share your kind words and support to lift her spirits and to remind her of the people that care for her just the way she does for everyone else.
No donation is too small. Thank you so much for your support

Update 10/23/2021:
Please be on the look out to share- I'll be spreading the word through different social media's and means and use what talents I have (singing and playing guitar) in support of donations for the GoFundMe. Also, I've created a QR code image (use phone camera app to open) that links to the GoFundMe page that you can share. Please continue to support, spread the word, and stay connected with Ashley and her mother's fight.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart
