Help Ashlee fight endometriosis

My name is Misty and ask anyone I know and they will tell you that I HATE asking for help but I don't know what else to do.   This is my 16 year old daughter Ashlee: When Ashlee was 14 she started missing school because of severe stomach pains.  We went to our regular doctor and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with her and recommended that we go to Children's Hospital.  They basically started at the top of her head and worked their way down trying to figure out what was wrong with her.  They couldn't figure out what was wrong either, so I decided she needed to see an obgyn and have all that checked out.  We found an amazing obgyn and after lots of testing she did a laparoscopy and found that Ashlee has stage 4 endometriosis.   By this point Ashlee was basically missing school every day because all she could do was lay in a fetal position with a heating pad and cry.  Our obgyn wanted to treat Ashlee with a low dose of birth control to try and help with the pain and that worked for a little bit but then the pain came back.  She then recommended that we try a higher dose of birth control but it would send her into early menopause.  I'm sorry but I couldn't do that to my daughter at 15.  The other recommendation that the doctor had was to try a new medication on the market that targeted endo.  Ashlee was prescribed Orilissa and once she got that the wait began.  Slowly Ashlee got back to being a "normal" teenager.  Then it happened, insurance decided since Ashlee was only 15 they weren't going to pay for the medication anymore since it was "recommended for women 18 and older".  She ran out of the Orilissa that she had the middle of September 2019 and by the middle of October 2019 she was back to missing school every day, laying in bed with a heating pad crying because of the pain.   We have not been able to find anything that helps with her pain.  The obgyn had her go to occupational therapy to try and break up the adhesions that she has in her abdomen.  The occupational therapist was amazing in treating Ashlee.  She said she could tell that she couldn't help Ashlee but she would try to bring Ashlee some relief.  She tried her best but from her experience in dealing with endo patients the only thing that would benefit Ashlee at this time would be surgery.  So back to the obgyn we went.  I brought to her attention a doctor that I had found on the internet that is supposed to be the best doctor in the country for endometriosis, Dr. Nicholas Fogelson.  She said that she would refer us to him because almost every doctor here in Nebraska wants to give pain pills and mask the problem.  I'm tired of this approach and want the actual problem addressed, not just the symptoms.  I don't want to keep putting a band aid on it. This is where go fund me comes in.  I want my daughter back and I need your help.  We need to get Ashlee treatment ASAP.  The picture of Ashlee on the bathroom floor is her today.  She throws up multiple times a day because of the pain.  Her attendance at school is so bad that the school is allowing her to do her studies on the computer from home but she really needs to be back in school.  If she continues to miss school we have been informed that the school will have no choice but to turn it over to the county attorney for truancy. This could in turn lead to her being removed from our household and I can't stand to think of that happening.  Ashlee should not be punished because we can't afford to get her the treatment she needs and her insurance company can't decide if they are going to help her or not.   All donations that we receive will go towards the expenses incurred getting Ashlee to Oregon and the treatment that she would get from Dr. Fogelson.   Any donation, no matter what size, is greatly appreciated and if you can not donate monetarily we would greatly appreciate your prayers.
