Thanks to the loving support of many, I was able to embark on my journey to Bali in May of 2024.

During this time I studied permaculture while teaching yoga at an eco center, taught English to Thai Buddhist monks while studying meditation, assisted outreach for disadvantaged Balinese communities, completely healed myself of multiple mental & physical illnesses, and came back home changed forever in January 2025.

The fire of initiations didn’t end upon my return home. Trial after trial, death after death, I continued to shed and create room for my next chapter. 7 months in the dark, 7 months of surrender. 7 months of integration and application to prove I was ready to embody my purpose on a deeper level. And it is now, that I have received my next calling.

I currently serve as a death & rebirth doula, assisting souls in shedding outdated, inherited, and false identities that weigh them down. I help people reconnect with their power to transform their lives & step into more of their light by understanding the emotional & spiritual energetics of their lived experience. Still, I wish to reach even deeper. Because once we have let go of all that we are not, we are free to become all that we truly are. Each of us not only carries the trauma of our lineages, but the medicine & true change within ourselves & society doesn’t just require awareness of this medicine, but the activation & embodiment of it.

Conventional medicine is no longer enough, the future depends on reconnecting with the wisdom in our blood, bones, & spirit. Reclaiming our sovereignty as divine children, returning to wholeness, & liberating our expression. My time in Kenya is centered around this work. I will be deepening my skillset, knowledge, and experience as a spiritual social worker on an ancestral & somatic level, so that I may better support others as they also work to free their minds, bodies, and souls.

It has been my greatest challenge & privilege to not only follow my heart, but to genuinely create a life that I love against all norms. With my arms and heart as open as ever, I am continuing my unorthodox journey. Kenya has so much in store for me & we.
