<div>Just weeks ago, Arley Moore was doing what he loved most—playing rugby union.
</div>
<div>One devastating accident changed everything.
</div>
<div>Arley suffered a severe tibia and fibula compound fracture that required emergency surgery. Doctors inserted a titanium rod and screws, and we believed he was beginning the long journey toward recovery.
</div>
<div>But only days after being discharged from hospital, Arley became seriously ill and was rushed back for emergency treatment.
</div>
<div>A severe infection had developed in his leg.
</div>
<div>Since then, he has undergone multiple surgeries, including extensive washouts and debridement to remove infected tissue and bone. Surgeons were ultimately forced to remove the rod and screws, replacing them with an external fixation frame to hold his leg together while doctors battle a highly resistant infection.
</div>
<div>The reality of our situation was made heartbreakingly clear when doctors told us their primary focus is now stopping the infection. If they cannot get it under control, amputation may become the only option.
</div>
<div>At just 24 years old, Arley is facing the fight of his life.
</div>
<div>Despite the pain, uncertainty, and emotional toll, he continues to show incredible courage and determination every single day.
</div>
<div>As a family, we are doing everything we can to support him through the long road ahead, but the financial burden of ongoing treatment, travel, rehabilitation, time away from work, and recovery costs is growing rapidly.
</div>
<div>We are asking for help so that Arley can focus on healing and fighting for his future.
</div>
