<div>Our hearts are breaking as we share the story of our dear cousin, Arljohn, a 27-year-old kind, gentle, and hardworking young man who is now facing one of the toughest battles of his life — testicular cancer.

<div>A few months ago, he went through surgery to remove his left testicle, hoping it would be the end of his fight. But our hopes were shattered when his recent CT scan revealed a large, lobulated mass in his paraaortic region partially encasing his abdominal aorta.

<div>Hearing those words from the doctors was devastating. What was supposed to be the start of recovery turned into another uphill journey. Arljohn now needs to undergo chemotherapy, radiation, and possibly another surgery to remove the remaining cancer.

<div>Arljohn has always been the kind of person who puts others first — humble, soft-spoken, and hardworking. He has never asked for much in life, and even now, he tries to stay strong and hopeful despite the pain and uncertainty. But the reality is, the cost of treatment, hospital care, and ongoing medications is far more than his family can manage alone.
