On March 8, 2025, Pam Rice's granddaughter, age 13, was involved in an ATV accident and she was life-flighted from the small community of Big Sandy, TN to Nashville, TN. The air ambulance helicopter was necessary to try and save her life. Pam and her husband, Barry, became her legal guardians when Ariel was 6 years of age, eight years ago. I'm happy to report that Ariel did survive with the assistance of numerous doctors, specialists, and nurses at the hospital.

However, as you might expect, the costs for Ariel's care at the hospital and soon to be out of state because Tennessee does not have any rehab center to assist her, is and will be expensive. As such, I'm reaching out to ask the VOC Family to help Ariel, Pam, and Barry with the costs for the many months or years ahead. PLEASE don't think that you can't donate much, every little bit helps!
