Help Archill with medical bills

This is Archill, my brother in law. He is 33 years old. A great dad of 2 and wonderful husband. Last year he was diagnosed with Lupus unspecified SLE type,  an autoimmune disease with symptoms that include fatigue, joint pain, fever, butterfly rashes. According to doctors, this is an incurable disease and symptoms can periodically get worse or improve. But we have done some research and found someone that can help him located in Panama City, Panama, South America. Unfortunately that means we have to pay cash for treatment.
