<div>This May, I’ll be stepping back on stage to compete in Women’s Physique as an IFBB Pro—a journey I’ve poured my entire heart, discipline, and soul into. Prep isn’t just a season for me, it’s a lifestyle I breathe every day. Early mornings, late nights, meals weighed to the gram, training when I’m dead tired because that stage means everything to me.

<div>Bodybuilding gave me purpose, structure, and a fire that never dies out. It taught me resilience, self-respect, and what it means to chase something even when it isn’t easy especially when it isn’t easy. And this next year, I’m pushing harder than ever to bring the best version of me to that 2026 stage.

<div>As many of you know, competing at the pro level is beautiful… and expensive as hell. Between coaching, supplements, food, lab work, tanning, suit, travel, hotel, registration fees, hair/makeup—the list is long, and this prep adds up fast. My goal is to raise $6,000 to help cover show expenses so I can focus on what I do best—show up, work, grind, and deliver.

<div>I’ve seen first-hand how powerful community can be. Every message, every share, every person who’s believed in me—even when I was running on fumes—fuels me more than you know.
